First Grade Families — Please Attend This Urgent Meeting

We need your immediate attention. You are required to attend an urgent virtual meeting with our Assistant Principal, Dr. Jean-Jacques, to address the serious rise in chronic absenteeism in first grade.
Right now, first grade has the lowest attendance of all grade levels at PS 273, and this is already affecting students’ learning, classroom progress, and the overall health of our school community. We must come together to turn this around.
Please be aware:
Students who continue to have absences without a valid, documented reason are at risk of losing their after-school program spot. Daily attendance is required for maintaining enrollment in after-school.
