Safety Reminder for Parents
- Please walk your child to the door each morning.
- Make sure the door is open before leaving them.
- If your child arrives alone and finds a door closed, remind them to walk safely to the Main Entrance on Jerome Street.
Breakfast Program: Door#7 Btw. Warwick and Jerome Street.
📢 Important Arrival & Breakfast Update
- Breakfast Program starts at 7:30 AM ends at 7:55 AM. After this time, students must go directly to class.
- If experiencing hardship, please speak with the Parent Coordinator to see if a grab & go meal is available. (No guarantees.)
Late Arrivals: Door# 4 Main Enterance
📷 Important: At 8:10 AM, arrival doors close (Warwick, Cozine, Wortman). Jerome Street Main Entrance will open for late students and all visotors
Students are to walk to the Main Office to get marked present, and be given a late pass. Parents can. not walk their child to class.
If your child arrives late alone and finds a arrival door closed, remind them to walk safely to the Main Entrance on Jerome Street. It's best that you walk them to the doorstep, which is around the corner from Warick.

- Door #8 (Warwick Street – near auditorium & gym): Open for grades K to 5th from 8:00 AM until 8:10 AM.
- Doors #1 & #2 (Cozine Jr. playground): For 3K & Pre-K students only, open until 8:10 AM.
Early Pick Ups
For the safety of all children, no student will be released to anyone who is not listed on the student’s approved and signed Blue Card emergency contact and pickup list.
Please make sure your contact information is always up to date so we can safely dismiss your child.

Main Entrance (Jerome Street): Opens at 8:10 AM for all late arrivals. DO NOT drop off students at this door before 8:10AM. It's closed.

To ensure student safety, all families must follow the procedures below:
- Notification: Parents/guardians must notify the school if they anticipate being late for pick-up.
- Waiting Areas:
- Students picked up before 2:35 PM will wait in the auditorium (Door #8 on Warwick Street).
- Students picked up after 2:35 PM will wait in the Main Office (Jerome Street entrance).
- Students picked up before 2:35 PM will wait in the auditorium (Door #8 on Warwick Street).
- Guardian Verification: Upon pick-up, the guardian must present a valid photo ID, sign out the child with a timestamp, and communicate the reason for lateness with the Parent Coordinator.
- Cut-Off Time: Schools have a designated cut-off time for late pick-ups. Students not picked up within a reasonable time frame may be referred to the proper authorities for their safety.
- Repeated Lateness: Consistent late pick-ups may result in a meeting with school administration.
- Emergency Contacts: Parents must ensure all emergency contact information is current and accurate.
- Support Options: Families in need of extended care are encouraged to ask about available after-school programs and resources.

- Seated Breakfast runs daily from 7:30–7:55 AM in the cafeteria. Enter through Door #7 (by the large school yard between Jerome & Warick)
- Morning arrivals at grade-designated doors at 8:00AM
- Students will be marked Late/Absent if they arrive and are seated after 8:10 AM.
